Ms. Paddock

Hi! My name is Miranda Paddock and I am a first grade teacher here at Golden. This is my 20th year in the Etiwanda School District...but it is my 24th year of teaching. I am originally from upstate NY and received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I have also completed all of my Masters courses in Reading and Language arts. I am crazy about black and white polka dots! My whole room is full of them...and I call my students "Paddock's Polka Dots". My mission is for ALL KIDS to feel loved, accepted, and to be excited to come to school every day!!! I also want them to be motivated to challenge themselves in reading, writing, and math...because learning is for life!!! I look forward to an awesome year of learning, growing, and most of all...having some FUN!!!

My favorite quote by Bill Gates:

"TECHNOLOGY is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and motivating them, the TEACHER is the most important."

H-4 TEAM CHEER: "Polka Dot Paddocks Rocks"!!!
