My name is Mrs. Cross. This is my 16th year teaching and my eighth year at Grapeland Elementary! I taught sixth grade for five years, kindergarten for one year, 2/3 combo class for a year, and third grade for six years. I love being a Grizzly and excited to be here! Being surrounded by amazing students who demonstrate kindness and respect and such supportive parents makes this an amazing place to be!
I’m originally from New Hampshire, but have been living in California for nineteen years. My husband and I have two wonderful daughters, Madison (13) and Emelia (10) who attend school within the Etiwanda School District. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, going to the river , and skiing.
I attended University of New Hampshire at Keene where I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Geography. After several years to enhance my education I earned my master’s degree in Teaching and Learning from Brandman University.
I’m looking forward to getting to know your child and working with you! It is important that we all work together as a team in order to help your child learn and grow.
