I’ve worked in Education since 2001. I started off as an instructional aide while I was in college. I graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with my BA in Liberal Studies. I became a substitute teacher right out of college for many local school districts! When I had children of my own, I decided to be a stay-a-home mom. Eventually, when my children were both in school full-time, I decided to go back to work. I was hired at Grapeland, part-time, in the child nutrition department. There I worked in the kitchen for 2 years as a server. Being in a school setting, eventually rekindled my interest to continue to pursue my teaching credential. I decided to go back to substitute teaching and finished off my education in grad-school. I received my teaching credential and a Master’s degree in teaching and education from The University of Redlands. I'm so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year! We are going to make some lasting memories!
