Ahritzi Heredia

Hello 1st Grade Families!

My name is Ahritzi Heredia and I am so excited to be your child's 1st grade teacher this year!

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) where I majored in Elementary Education. This will be my 6th year teaching. I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.

I am looking forward to building and developing exciting, new relationships with my new students and their families.  I know you are your child’s first teacher so I hope we can work together to make this a wonderful year. My goal is to create a safe, positive learning environment for each student. I am very excited about having your child in my class. I look forward to learning more about each and every one of you!

NOTES AND REMINDERS:

  • Every Monday is a minimum day with a 1:15 dismissal

  • PE is every Tuesday and Thursday. Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes. Don't forget your water bottle!

  • Library is every Thursday.
