Prior to using student names and information on an online platform that collects information such as test scores, staff must ensure the platform has been approved for use by the district. Approved platforms meet minimum requirements for privacy and security practices and safeguards. Whenever possible, the number of online programs storing student data should be limited. Teachers should view the categories or functions of approved platforms prior to requesting a review as there may be an approved platform that can meet their needs. See Reviewed Platform List below.
