Welcome to First Grade! I am looking forward to a fun-filled school year and getting to know all of my students.

I have been teaching in Etiwanda School District for 21 years. I have been married for 35 years and have four sons. My hobbies are hiking, listening to music and working out.

Announcements

School begins at 8:15

Line up at the playground on C-1.

Mondays dismissal at 1:15 Tuesday-Friday dismissal at 2:45 (Students will be dismissed using the front gate to the right of the office)

Bring a snack to school-Lunch-please make sure to have their name on their lunch bag

Throughout the year we MAY celebrate holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's etc. If you have any objections or concerns please let me know.

On Fridays wear your Solorio t-shirt or spirit colors, green and gold.

Reminders:

*Mondays are min. days-dismissal 1:15

*PE will be every Monday and Wednesday (Dress appropriately)

*Thursdays are library days

Classroom Donations:

Kleenex

Ziploc bags-(Sandwich, Quart, Gallon)

White Cardstock paper, colored cardstock

Colored Copy paper

Glue sticks

Small Treasure Box Treats(balls, bracelets, bubbles, pencils etc)

Paper towels
