Kristine Burke

Welcome to third grade!  I am excited to be your child's third grade teacher.  This is my 30th year of teaching.  I have been at Solorio since the school's opening in 2000.

Math is my passion!  I love to teach tricks with puzzles and numbers.  I am married, and I have two children.  My life is busy outside of school; trying to keep up with my girls.

Some of my favorites:

Drink: Water or Lemonade (no coffee, tea, or soda)

Fast food: In N Out and Panera

Snack: Junior Mints/Milk Duds

Hobby: Puzzles/Escape Rooms, Angels' Baseball

Store: Bath and Body Works/Amazon

Something weird about me: I don't drink coffee, tea, or anything with caffeine.

Contacting me:

If you need to contact me, please email me at kristine_burke@etiwanda.org.  I usually respond within 24 hours.  There are times when I might be in a meeting, off-campus, or at a training.  Response times to emails may take a bit longer; in those instances.  If we are in class,  please remember that "personal" messages to your child, may not get delivered in a timely manner.  It is best to contact the office with important messages.
