Teacher Name

Hello, and Welcome! My name is Mrs. Moffett. I was blessed to grow up and go to school within the Etiwanda School District, and it is a very special honor to be teaching and giving back to the same community that helped form who I am today.

I am currently entering my twelfth year in the teaching profession. I have previously taught grades 5, 6, and 8. This is my second year teaching 7th grade math and science, and I am so excited to go through the curriculum with your Hawk. Teaching is my passion, and I am very grateful to wake up every morning and do something I love every day.

I have a wonderful and loving family which consists of my husband and two daughters. We love to be silly and play games with each other. I enjoy cooking, anything artistic, reading, spending time with my family, and of course having Mario Party tournaments.

I look forward to a wonderful and blessed year with your student, and I can't wait to see how much they grow!

Universal Access

The UA focus is to provide your student with designated instruction at their current ability level in order to improve their skills in math. We will determine their placement based upon a variety of assessments such as, i-Ready, classroom performance,  and teacher observations. After gathering this data, I will meet with your student in a smaller group setting to reinforce, and/or extend learning.
